1.Acceptance of Terms
By using Sanjeevani Care, you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2.License and Access
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Sanjeevani Care for lawful purposes only.
You may not:
- Modify, copy, or distribute any part of Sanjeevani Care
- Reverse-engineer the software
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
3.User Responsibilities
Lawful Use
Use Sanjeevani Care in accordance with all applicable laws
Security
Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
Report Issues
Report any unauthorized use or security breaches promptly
4.Data & Privacy
Data Collection & Usage
Sanjeevani Care may collect and store user data to improve functionality and user experience. By using this software, you consent to such data collection and agree that your data will be handled responsibly and securely.
5.Intellectual Property
Copyright Protection
All intellectual property rights related to Sanjeevani Care, including design, code, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Proficient Technology. You may not claim ownership or use these assets without permission.
6.Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: Sanjeevani Care is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Proficient Technology is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Sanjeevani Care.
7.Termination
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend access for violations
Notice Period
Termination may occur with or without notice
8.Changes to Agreement
This Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of Sanjeevani Care after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9.Governing Law
Jurisdiction: India
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts within India.
